[Remops] new zax type nym

I've finally setup a new zax type nymserver for testing,
more info here:

addresses are config at nymphet.paranoici.org and send at nymphet.paranoici.org
key is also available on keyservers  (config at nymphet.paranoici.org, signed with my key)

I've written a python script (autonym, beta version)
to manage nyms, initially I used it for testing/debug but now I
think that could be useful for others to create/use nyms.

otherwise QSL+QSAam works well
