[Remops] Mixmaster remailer update

Thanks to Steve's advice, I tried .forward and a Procmail recipe to redirect email to Mixmaster but neither worked. Turns out the virtual domain configuration under Directadmin doesn't allow using those two tools. However, that advice lead me to a third option, using Exim filters which turned out to be even easier than learning Procmail and .forward. Fun learning experience. :)

I am starting Mixmaster under the breaka account using the following command line:

    mixmaster --daemon --no-ask-passphrase

OK. So now I have the email being piped to Mixmaster and it is actually generating email in response. Unfortunately, the emails are reporting the following:
 
   The remailer is disabled.

I have REMAIL y set in the remailer.conf configuration file so I figure there must be a configuration problem. Yes, I am running mixmaster-rebuild after configuration changes. The only error I see in the log is an error about the key not being unique. My configuration file is attached below.

You can duplicate the error by sending any standard mixmaster message/command to remail [at] breaka.net.

Any guidance?
