[Remops] Configuring mixmaster -incoming mail

OK. That makes sense even though almost nothing I read before mentioned it as a 
necessity. :)

Now I have to figure out Procmail. :)

First question, should Procmail move the mail back to the Maildir or should it 
move it to a secondary location?
