Someone will have complained about a posting that came from your
remailer. I think quite a lot of people are banned from demon's
mail2news.

Very easy to do.

What software are you currently running?

The best solution is to install your own news server (DNEWS
under Windows or INN under linux) however you could quite easily
develop some mail2news code to send the post on to another news
server.
