[Remops] Data on remailer traffic

True enough. However, my understanding is this contains everything,
including junk and pings. I'd like to have an idea of how much looks to be
just spam, and how much are pings. Again, this would only work for the
exit remailers.

I believe these are messages that are being sent on to the next hop.
