[Remops] PGP key sizes

Hi!

Since many years, Senshi used a 4096 bit DSS encryption key.
I'm not aware of any problem this may have caused.
But it's running Reliable, so I don't know how Mixmaster will
handle bigger self-keys.

OTOH, Kroken's 4096 bit RSA key is silently ignored by my
PGP client, which has a limit at 2048 bit RSA.
