[Remops] crooks-nymserv picking up email

Hi Ken,

In normal operation, it reads mail from a standard Maildir. There are
two config options that can define where this is located. Both of them
live in the [paths] section of the .nymservrc file.

Defaults are:
[paths]
basedir = $HOME/nymserv
maildir = $basedir/Maildir

If you change basedir, you alter *all* the Nymserver paths, relative to
that directory.
