Trust me, Mixmaster remailer can (and are) periodically DoS'ed and
 flooded; if you do not implement a message size control, you'll be
 a training target for any wannabe remailer DoSser.
You can implement it in various way, if you do not want use
 procmail, for example using your MTA (Postfix or the like) 
 you can do the same.
