Hi Patrick,

Thanks for running a remailer, we could certainly use a few more.

key.txt is the file you need to publish and ideally it should be in a
message signed with your Remailer Admin's PGP key.  This should be the
same PGP key as that contained within the adminkey.txt file so that
people can cross-check it.  Do you also run a pinger?  If so, with your
permission, I'll add it to the metastats.
