[Remops] Files to Post When Announcing a Remailer

All,

I completed a middleman remailer build.  I want to announce the remailer
to the list, but I am unsure what files I should be posting.  I read
through README and the MixMaster FAQ and could not find anything
specifying which file.  I assume the file to be supplied is key.txt.  Is
this the file I should send on the announcement of the remailer and
should it be signed with my private key?
