[Remops] Twisty Creek Shutting Down

Hello All,

I have been placed in an untenable position of abuse of the most serious
nature with the consequences of that abuse falling back on me. (Zax,
remember the question I asked you?) It is not within my ability to stop that
abuse.

At this point, my only option is to stop the re-mailer. Sorry, but the
gravity of the situation dictates it.
