[Remops] Mixmaster Software

Hi,

I see from my stats that several nodes are still using mixmaster 2.0b2

This is now rather out of date and contains several bugs.

mixmaster 3.0rc1 has been available for some time and is
available from the mixmaster project on Sourceforge.

It would help the mixmaster development team if you would
upgrade so that the release candidate gets more testing.
