When you advertise the url for it, I'll add it to the meta-stats.

For the Echolot pingers, you could keep it simple and just whitelist
any address that includes:
echolot
estragon
mixping
pinger
vladimir
Currently all of them match one of those expressions.  Enter them in
regex format.  Eg, /echolot/

For non-echolot pingers, I think you need to whitelist the actual
remailer address.  I'm sure one of the Reliable remops can confirm or
deny this.
