It should be obvious what it will do: it will show the scumbags who make 
these gratuitous complaints that the remops disapprove of them and that 
realization *might* give them an attitude change.

My remailer is run more responsibly than most, but I can still be put at 
risk by some scumbag making a phony complaint. If I can, that means you 
certainly can.
