[Remops] cripto and paranoia

Hi all,

I entered the ecn.org team and I received the root password,
so cripto and paranoia has to be marked as remailers that share the operator.

The cripto remailer at ecn.org has run without administration for at least
12 months

I've contacted the admin, now he's no more in the ecn.org team for
lack of time and interest,  so probably I will be the new cripto admin.
He don't remember the password for the gpg keys of the remailer-admin
so I think I'll create a new gpg key in the next days.
