[Remops] Remailer failure notifications

Hi all,

Following a request from Panta-Admin, I've modified my Failed Remailers
(http://stats.bananasplit.info/failed.html) so that it will send an
email if a specific remailer drops below a 50% return on pings.  If you
would like to make use of this, please let me know an email address
where the notifications should be sent.
