[Remops] SEC3 Pinger and Frell/Frell2

Hello Frell admin,

After recently moving my sec3.net domain and its Echolot pinger from one
VPS to another, ping messages to Frell and Frell2 have stopped returning to me.

I have a new IP address which you may need to whitelist. Or
possibly there is something else preventing return pings. Please
have a look at your side. TY.

My old server:
morello.sec3.net
IPv4: 168.235.94.241

My new server:
caputo.sec3.net
IPv4: 45.138.97.132
