[Remops] nymphemeral - update

All:

Nymphemeral has been updated so that all dependencies are in pypi. Now
there is no need for ugly, almost deprecated flags when installing with
pip.

  sudo pip install nymphemeral

will work for Debian/Ubuntu/Fedora (and probably other Fedora-related
distros) with all versions of pip.
