[Remops] hermetix remailer back online

Hi,
hermetix fell off the stats after being unable to process mail for a while but is back now, could you please add it back to your pingers?

Regarding this, I am not sure how remailers are removed and added to the pingers and what is the best way to manage this kind of failures and recovery, please let me know if I there is a better way
