Just to remind all Echolot stats maintainers. Echolot is capable of
showing users which remailers are operated by a single operator. But
first that information must be entered manually by the stats maintainer.

The stats maintainer needs to create a file called sameop.txt and place
it in the Echolot directory.

He/she then needs to edit that file by hand, manually entering the
groups of remailers that are owned by the same op.

For example, here is what Bergman Pinger's sameop.txt looks like.

I've recently learned from a poster in apa-s that the QSL client will,
when generating random remailer chains, pay heed to the sameops data if
the sameops data is made available to it. So please make it available.
