I've stood up a pinger for mixmaster-3.02 remailers running keys larger
than 1024 bits at:
http://www.mixmin.net/echolot/echolot.html

Currently only two remailers are listed.  I'm aware of another, frell2
but it has the 'testing' flag set so it's not considered public yet.
Are there any others?
