I have upgraded the Echolot software that runs Fourohninesix Pinger from ver.
2.1.8 to ver. 2.1.9

In addition, I have taken this opportunity to change the pinger's email
address from

fourohninesix at bergman.delphy.org

to

echolot at bergman.delphy.org

This should resolve the difficulties that whitelisting the unusual
fourohninesix@
address had created.

Stats and keys will remain available at the same URL:

http://bergman.delphy.org/stats/

And the name will remain Fourohninesix Pinger.
