[Remops] ANN: Oklahoma is experiencing issues today

Hello Everyone,

As some of you have already noted, Oklahoma seems to be experiencing a
bit of downtime today. While I'm not sure when the problem started, it
seems the server is entirely unreachable and non-responsive. It looks
like it might be a problem at the VPS providers location and I'm looking
into it. Hopefully, we'll be back up soon. If not, we'll move to another
server at 9pm EST tonight.

Will update as necessary.
