[Remops] Oklahoma back up

We experienced about a 24 hour outage starting last night. The outage  
was triggered by an abuse report send to our ISP. All worked out now  
and are back online.

A note about Time:
A few of you have emailer me about the time on Oklahoma being wrong.  
Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do about it as time is set on  
the vps host and I can't change it in my instance. Sorry!
