Thanks for the feedback, cmeclax.

The latency is about what I expected.

Ping messages are coming and going smoothly. Test messages I've sent
have all arrived. remailer-* requests are being answered.

I'll give it another day or two and then I'll remove the "EXTFLAGS
testing" and announce it officially.
