[Remops] Mixmaster 3.0.2 and Ncurses Menu

Some testers of the Mixmaster 3.0.2 client have reported a problem when
using the ncurses menu. Upon creation of a remailer chain the client
spits out some badly formatted output.

I've been able to recreate it in Debian 7. Here is a screen capture:

Message creation and sending still function normally, nonetheless.
