[Remops] Attn: All pingers

For about a week now my remailer bergman has been receiving ping
messages - both pgp and mix pings - that are encrypted with the wrong
bergman remailer keys.

They appear to be coming from Frell and from Austria. I've informed the
remops from those remailers. Austria confirms he's using my correct
keys. Frell hasn't gotten back to me, but a study of his stats page
suggests that he is not the source of these bad pings either.

It's unclear to me why this situation hasn't already corrected itself
over time as it should have with a pinger's routine update of keys.

Pingers, would you kindly check that you are holding the proper
keys for bergman AND that you are not holding the invalid ones.
