[Remops] Three new remailers

Hi all,

As most who follow this list are probably aware, we have three new
remailers this month.  Welcome to:
crazyhaze	mixmaster at remailer.crazyhaze.de
frog		mix at frog.aanmy.com
lasagna		mixmaster at lasagna.zapto.org

Hopefully the operators have subscribed to the remops list.  If so,
please consider adding an adminkey.txt file to your remailer setups so
people can contact you securely if they wish.  Also, if you have the
capability to run a Pinger, please consider doing so.  It provides your
remailer with a local perspective on the reliability of other remailers
and, if published, provides remailer users with another choice for their
stats source.

Once again, welcome to the new remops and thanks for running a Remailer!
