[Remops] Dovecot?

Mixmaster itself doesn't need Dovecot. The remailer takes the mails from
Postfix and processes them.

You can read your local mail just by using a pager like less, more or
some other program. In the directory /var/mail are some files. This are
plain-text mailboxes. The mail user agent mutt makes it a bit more easy
to read mails on the command line. And as Moritz suggested you can
forward your mails from your box to your regular mailbox and read it
with your favorite mail software. So there is no need for Dovecot.
