[Remops] zax nymserv - new error after reboot

I had to reboot the server tonight to repair a filesystem and now I get the 
following error:

Was fine before the reboot. I could stop, start, restart, process just fine.

I tried the same command as root and it works fine except for missing 
newsservers file etc.
