[Remops] crooks-nymserv procmail recipe

Spent some time working on the nymserv today and I think I have most 
everything configured and the daemon is loading.

I am not aware of any command line options so I am using the following 
procmail recipe:

[rc.nymserv]
SHELL=/bin/bash
PMDIR=/usr/bin/procmail
LOGFILE=/var/log/pmlog

:0
* ^TO.*config at breaka.net.*
| /usr/local/bin/nymserv

:0
* ^TO.*send at breaka.net.*
| /usr/local/bin/nymserv

:0
* ^TO.*url at breaka.net.*
| /usr/local/bin/nymserv
[/nymserv]

Unfortunately, there is no response to emails sent to the nymserv and no 
useful info in the logs.

I'm hoping someone can point me to resolving the issue.
