[Remops] paranoia is working

[Remailer Admin]

Paranoia remailer is ready to work, I just got some errors about messages 
encrypted with the old keys, news keys are available asking them to the remailer.
please, everyone has a pinger, add paranoia so it will be available to users,
at the moment it is just listed by paranoia and cripto pingers.
