[Remops] add paranoia to pingers

[Remailer Admin]

Hi,

 paranoia remailer is up and running but a lot of pingers do no list
it in their stats.
on this page http://stats.mixmin.net/ seems that
austria,banana,cside,deuxpi,devurandom,eurovibes,hermetix,mangrin,mixmin,
noreply,pboxmix and senshi pingers have not paranoia in their stats,
can you please add it ?
