[Remops] Utility for Re-queuing mail

I had a problem with my mail server recently and though it's
been fixed, it resulted in a couple of hundred Delivery failure
notifications where the original message was returned.

Is there any utility that can automate processing those messages
and re-sending them now that the server is fixed?  I seem to
recall seeing mention of something like that a few years ago but
my searches have turned up nothing.
