[Remops] List of remailer standings

Several years ago, you could go to noreply.org and get a nice table of how each remailer was doing for each pinger.

For some reason that was removed and has never been replaced, to my knowledge.

When I want to see how eelbash is doing, I have to look at each pinger's stats, a tedious business.

I wrote a little utility to check each pinger and sort the outputs by remailer. The output is at http://eelsend.yi.org:8000/media/standings

I'll run the utility once a day so it should stay up to date.

Let me know what you think, or if I've overlooked a nice list that someone put together a long time ago.
