Hi Marco,

There are two parts to the RAB.  One is the user interface which people
use to submit their address to the RAB.  There are two methods they can
use:
1) Send an email to rab at blocklist.mixmin.net
2) Submit an email on the webpage at
   http://www.mixmin.net/cgi-bin/rab.cgi
In either instance the user should receive a confirmation email that
they must respond to.

The second part of the RAB is that the remailer operator must download
it to the same directory as their dest.blk file.  I suggest a cron entry
to do this using something like the following:
wget -O ~/Mix/rab.blk http://www.mixmin.net/rab/rab.blk
Operators need to provide me with an address they'd like authorised to
download this file.
