[Remops] [hermetix] Announcing new pinger and type III remailer

Hi,
I've added a pinger (echolot) and a type III remailer (mixminion, for
testing purposes) to the services running on Hermetix Remailer.

The operator addresses for those services are, respectively,
remop+pinger at hermetix.org and remop+minion at hermetix.org
but the key stays the same.

The pinger's main page is at http://www.hermetix.org/echolot/

REMARK: This pinger should be considered in "test" mode since
	the stats are just beginning to be compiled in.

The mixminon remailer is at minion.hermetix.org.

REMINDER: mixminion is still alpha software.
          Use it for testing purpose only,
	  don't rely on it yet for anonymity.
