I haven't had that happen yet but who knows. Guaranteed it will happen when
I am out of town.

But I do have the process priorities set kind of different.

I have set the process priorities as follows:

TrueCrypt Normal

Mercury Realtime

Reliable Low

PGPTray (not started at all unless I am manually doing something with the
keys or signing something, then I close it)

nistime-32bit Low (Time server to keep the PC clock accurate) The Windows
Synch with Internet time is not used.

Because the PC is dedicated to the re-mailer, all unnecessary services are
disabled. With Mercury at Realtime, sometimes it takes a few extra seconds
or mouse clicks to get something to respond or a window to open or close.

When starting the re-mailer, I follow this order:
Mercury and verify it is accepting mail.
Reliable set to prompt for passphrase and self test only.
I wait for the self test to complete.
Reliable is then started last with the Master radio button.

After a key change or any modifications to Reliable configuration, I close
it then restart as above.

With the dnsmadeeasy mail backup, I can shut the re-mailer down in an
orderly fashion and install any Windows updates, etc. without dropping any
pings or messages. Then I can reboot or whatever else is needed. I usually
reboot after I install any Windows update whether it needs it or not.

Thank you for suggesting dnsmadeeasy to me way back when. It works much
better than I had hoped.
