A new Echolot pinger is avalaible on Pboxmix remailer

Due to previous concern of APAS contributors about common resources
 management by WSP folks, please note that the same evil folks
 operate 3 different pinger; pboxmix, rufus and george.
All 3 pinger now give updated info of common operators of the WSP
 remailers.

Do not underestimate DoS & partitioning attacks
 via the key & stat distribution kludge^h^h^h^h^h mechanism.

As in Mixmaster RFC draft

   Manipulation of the distribution of remailer keys, capabilities, and
   statistics can lead to powerful attacks against a remailer network.
   Sensitive information such as this should be distributed in a secure
   manner.
