[Remops] Remailers going Middleman

Hi all,

Some Middleman remailers are returning very poor ping results which
suggests they have old keys and stats thus preventing them from
effectively randhopping back pings.

If you're running a Middleman remailer, please can you check your stats
and keys are current.

Nodes with appear to be suffering are:-
bird, bunker, starwars, tonga and vger.
