Whilst I have subscribed the remailer.org.uk list to the LCS
list (so that all LCS messages, after moderation for spam, end
up on the remailer.org.uk list) I would not dare to presume that
the LCS operator wishes all of the remailer.org.uk list to
appear on LCS.

I would be happy for LCS to subscribe, however I will leave that
to them.
