[Remops] Mixmaster notify forwarding loops mail

I feel a déjà vu though I cannot remember to have seen this before.

While I was cleaning out mixmaster's error mailbox, I found one
destination-block message that was delivered multiple times through varying
chains of cside, amigo and pyradic MTAs.

By what I could deduce, this is a result of mixmaster forwarding mail
addressed to its abuse address to the remop address, ie. when the MAILBOX
option and friends contain an e-mail address instead of a filename.

Mixmaster does not strip the original To: header and just adds its own To:
and X-Loop:.

As a workaround, please direct notifies to mailbox files and process them
from there.

Interested folks might take a look at logmail() in rem.c, sendmail_loop() or
sendmail() in mail.c but I didn't see a quick way to fix it and it is not
the right time to spend buried under convoluted C code ;-)
