[Remops] LCS mailing list

As you know, I subscribed this mailing list to the list at LCS.
This mailing list is moderated, the LCS list isn't.

Given the sheer amount of spam that was coming to this list via
the LCS mailing list (I spend each morning clicking the discard
button) and the fact that any remops who sent their mail to that
list tend to Cc: it here anyway (resulting in duplication if the
author is auto-approved), I have unsubscribed this list from
theirs.

This means that mail to the LCS list will no longer appear on
this one by default.
