[Remops] TEST messages

Just a quick note to those posting test messages....

Messages with a FROM header of a subscriber are auto-approved
for the list. That goes for those using a remailer and custom
FROM header that is the same as that used for subscription.

Messages with an unknown FROM header are held for moderation.
Test messages are unlikely to be approved.

If the FROM header is bogus (like a remailer), and the message
is just a test, it will be bounced and you'll never see the
rejection. But your posts are getting here!

Anonymous messages are encouraged and almost anything vaguely to
do with remailers / remops will be approved for the list (but
there may be a slight delay compared to auto-approved message).
